DailyFace Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By using DailyFace, you agree to use the app as a personal face and skin observation log and user-directed data preparation tool. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Not medical advice
DailyFace does not diagnose skin conditions, recommend treatment, provide medical advice, verify treatment effects, or guarantee cosmetic results. Do not use the app as a substitute for medical or dermatology advice. Contact a qualified professional for health concerns.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for the photos, notes, exports, prompts, and external sharing choices you make. Do not capture, store, export, or share another person's face data without proper authority and consent.
4. External AI handoff
DailyFace may help you prepare selected photos, JSON data cards, exports, or Face Twin reference packs for use with external AI tools that you choose. DailyFace does not decide what you should ask, does not guarantee an external AI result, and does not control how a third-party service processes data after you share it with that service.
5. Creative image use
Face Twin Pack data is intended as a user-controlled creative reference source. It may help an external AI tool understand your selected face references, preferred correction style, and reference views more clearly. It is not an identity verification feature and does not guarantee that generated images will match your exact appearance.
6. Local data and backups
The current MVP is local-first and does not provide a company cloud backup service. You are responsible for device backup choices, storage space, exports, and deletion decisions. If cloud backup is introduced later, it will require updated disclosures and user controls.
7. Paid features
DailyFace may introduce Pro unlock, long-range comparison features, advanced exports, or other paid capabilities. Any paid feature must be described in the app or store purchase flow. Existing local records should remain viewable, exportable, or deletable according to the app's published policy.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use DailyFace to harass others, impersonate others, make deceptive identity claims, create unlawful content, or violate another person's privacy rights.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated when the product, paid features, legal requirements, or store requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
